I want every family to feel confident and supported as they plan for their postpartum care. Here’s a clear breakdown of how my services work and what you can expect.

I offer flexible postpartum support tailored to your family’s needs. My current schedule options are:

Mixed shifts: Three 4-hour daytime shifts + one 10-hour overnight shift per week

Daytime-only shifts: Four 4-hour daytime shifts per week

Packages are available for 2–12 weeks postpartum, depending on your needs.

Rates:
Daytime shifts: $40/hour

Nighttime shifts: $50/hour

You are welcome to switch between daytime-only and mixed shifts week-to-week as your postpartum needs change.

To account for the unpredictability of early births, I leave a one-week buffer between the end of one client’s care and the start of the next. If your baby arrives more than one week before your due date, a trusted backup doula will provide care until I am available. Similarly, if your care needs extend past your initial service period, I may enlist a backup doula to ensure continuity while respecting other client commitments.

My schedule books in advance, so early inquiries are encouraged to secure your preferred start date. I require an initial free consultation to discuss your family’s needs and ensure a good fit. It’s best to schedule your consultation at least one month prior to your expected due date. A retainer equal to two weeks of care must be paid at least two weeks prior to your estimated due date to secure your spot, and will go towards your final two weeks of service. If you have already given birth and find yourself needing support, I encourage you to reach out on the off-chance my schedule allows for an additional client! That retainer will be due at the start of service. I provide my service to clients residing in Nashville, Tennessee, or surrounding areas within a 1-hour drive of the neighborhood of Bellevue in west Nashville.
